Remember, it is a good thing to have a big place where people can mill around comfortably without running into each other. Don’t go too big though – lots of space may feel dispersive.
Catering
Let’s be honest, food and beverage are two of the things your guests are going to value and remember the most. So be original and creative when it comes to the menu and the booze, and don’t forget about people with food allergies or idiosyncrasies.
Catering Staff
Be sure that your guests are always well taken care of. If you have opted for a buffet, you should consider hiring two servers for every thirty people. For sit down dinners, you will need one server every two tables, plus some additional help for the drink service. If you want an open bar service, one bartender and one bar back for every fifty guests would be ideal.
Decorations
